Overview:

Affiliate Relations Implementation Manager – Job Description

The Affiliate Relations Implementation Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all affiliate partnership activities including client account implementations within the MSP (Managed Service Provider) Program. The Affiliate Relations Implementation Manager will take the initiative in assuring strong panel management via implementations and affiliate satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information. This individual will support the Core Values and Purpose of the company while ensuring we are supporting our Differentiating Value of Quality.

 

 

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  • Manage MSP Implementation account launch plans and tasks with SMEs, establish best practices, and support problem resolution
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while maintaining due dates
  • Manage Implementation affiliate applications and onboarding
  • Execute effective rollover strategies for pre-existing contingency staff.
  • Ensure all affiliate specific information is accurately entered into our internal CRM and other applicable platforms
  • Communicate strategic implementation and adoption plan and progress-to-goals to leadership
  • Analyze processes for ways to streamline and increase efficiency
  • Determine metrics, strategies, and staffing requirements to complete goals as determined by leadership
  • Manage panel activity in support of MSP Account Managers
  • Manage affiliate accounts, requests, and contracts
  • Complete “Welcome calls” to engage and maintain affiliates within the panel Report completion of calls as well as information received
  • Study, analyze, and report on affiliate performance methods relative to service and innovation. Proactively report trends and concerns of affiliate
  • Resolve affiliate complaints and concerns by investigating problems, developing solutions, and managing through to resolution
  • Look for opportunities to celebrate achievements and “good news”
  • Educate affiliates regarding new developments and service offerings
  • Provide tailored responses that match the clients’ expectations and demonstrate a sense of urgency for their requests
  • Ability to build strong rapport by utilizing interpersonal skills, asking well-defined questions, and anticipating affiliate needs
  • Demonstarte or provide high level customer service, business acumen and collaboration for problem solving with business partners

 

Qualifications:

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years staffing industry experience or Relationship/Account Management experience
  • Minimum of 1 year implementation or strategic program execution experience
  • Ability to utilize systems and tools that track/trend data
  • Must be highly computer literate, including strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, as well as strong Internet research
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication and grammatical skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple distractions
  • Ability to stay on task with minimal direction
  • Ability to handle large workload while maintaining high level of quality of work
  • Strong understanding of process within MSP
  • Ability to review and analyze affiliates’ performance
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to make decisions at times with limited information
  • Strong team player, positive attitude, friendly demeanor, upbeat, personable
  • Ability to work with others both inside and outside Medical Solutions
  • Ability to work closely with MSP teams, Implementation Team, Legal and Account Managers

Preferences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent experience is required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Minimum of 1-year Managed Service experience is a plus
Pay Range: USD $60,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
