Job Overview:

Omada is looking for an experienced professional to help execute on Omada’s consulting/broker relationship strategy to increase Omada’s presence, drive growth, and increase revenue through these channels. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of the health benefits industry, a focus on growth and relationship development, as well as experience in a benefits consulting role and/or working directly with brokers and consultants. Reporting into our Director of Consultant Relations, this role is integral to building Omada’s brand in the market and helping Omada to achieve the growth targets.

Job Expectations and Responsibilities (Your Impact):

  • Develop and execute on Omada’s strategic consultant relationship management initiatives, focusing on driving new revenue opportunities and enhancing existing partnerships with consulting firms.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to align on consultative strategies, ensuring effective communication and resource allocation.
  • Lead efforts to identify and engage potential new consulting partners or verticals across different consulting firms.
  • Serve as marketing support liaison to partner with B2B Marketing and influence effective communication approach and marketing initiatives for the consultant relations strategy.
  • Data analytics skills to assist in evaluation of consultant practice book of business, dashboard/scorecard metric tracking and evaluation, ongoing tracking of consultant and sales activity as it relates to consultant tracking.
  • Present Omada’s solutions compellingly in various industry contexts, fostering strong relationships with key consultant stakeholders.
  • Support sales, account teams and other internal stakeholders (product, legal, finance, etc.) in building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants to improve sales and retention efforts.
  • Stay informed on market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies to benefit consultant relationships.
  • Understanding of Challenger (CVI) sales methodology

Required Qualifications (To be successful, you will need):

  • 4-7 or more years of previous benefits consulting experience or consultant relations experience
  • Account knowledge, consulting and broker contacts, and industry relationships in the employer benefits space
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks within time constraints
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization and partner cross-functionally
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate product vision to stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver presentations in a way that establishes credibility and reinforces the value of the Omada offering
  • Experience and comfort working in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications (To stand out):

  • Background in and/or passion for working in chronic condition management
  • Experience operating within Salesforce
  • Consistent over achievement in quota, revenue, or retention goals

  • Remote-first environment.

Below is a summary of compensation ranges for this role in the following geographies:

California, New York State and Washington State Ranges: $277,600 - $312,000, Colorado Compensation Ranges: $263,840 - $294,800

Range is indicative of On Target Earnings (OTE) and includes both base pay and commission at 100% achievement of established targets. Base salary is approximately 47% - 55% of total compensation range. The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
