About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on analyzing product usage data from both channel partners and direct clients, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. You will act as the critical link between our product, sales, and pricing teams, using data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and enhance our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze client product adoption data to assess opportunity and identify gaps
  • Provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and shape future product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on product performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to support product and pricing strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between product and sales teams, translating data insights into actionable recommendations for cross-selling and product commercialization.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to address user experience issues and improve overall product engagement.
Strategic Data Use:
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Demonstrate strong inferential thinking, proactively identifying key questions and next steps for analysis.

Requirements:
  • SQL Expertise: 3+ years experience utilizing SQL for complex data querying and analysis.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on critical thinking and deriving actionable insights.
  • Autonomy & Collaboration: Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek input from others or collaborate with teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and insights.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an analytics role, ideally within a product support or similar context.
  • Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and statistical analysis software is a plus.

 

 

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $100,000-$130,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.  If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
