MedCore Solutions, a division of Bizforce, is a global outsourcing company currently partnering with some of the largest healthcare organizations in the US. Our company is expanding and we are in immediate need of a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist who specializes in US Healthcare recruitment. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting the best healthcare professionals for our valued clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process for healthcare positions in the US.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for healthcare roles.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes with clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in healthcare recruitment.

Other Details

Schedule: Mondays - Fridays 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Philippine time (8 hours/day; 40 hours/week)

Start Date: IMMEDIATE

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on US healthcare.
  • Deep understanding of the US healthcare landscape and the various roles within it.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Experience using Workable is a PLUS.
  • Amenable to work in a graveyard shift.

  • Ability to clearly articulate job requirements, listen actively, and convey the company’s culture to candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging hiring process.
  • Understanding candidates' perspectives and building rapport, which fosters a positive candidate experience and attracts top talent.
  • Ability to adjust to changing hiring needs, adapt to new tools or processes, and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Prioritizing tasks effectively to manage multiple job openings, schedules, and follow-ups, ensuring timely hiring processes.
  • Ability to address unexpected challenges, such as unresponsive candidates or scheduling conflicts, with creative and effective solutions.
  • Ensuring accuracy in job postings, candidate assessments, and documentation, which contributes to a professional and thorough hiring process.
  • Skilled at negotiating job offers, salary expectations, and terms to align with both company goals and candidate needs.
  • Remaining positive and persistent when faced with difficult searches or high volumes of applications, and maintaining a strong focus on quality.
