Job description

Responsibilities:

- Customer consultations (internal CRM): Respond promptly to technical, financial, and other inquiries regarding our product.

- Achieving targets: Meet individual financial targets and customer service department goals.

- Collaboration with other departments: Provide necessary information to improve processes and products.


Work Schedule:

- Shift schedule: 2 day shifts (9-21) / 2 days off and 2 night shifts (21-9) / 2 days off. However, during the first month, to help you adapt, there will be only day shifts.
