  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy across functions.
  • Document existing processes and ensure they are regularly updated to maintain clarity and consistency.
  • Conduct research and analyse data to support decision-making processes.
  • Respond to employee and client inquiries related to HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll functions
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Some of the reasons we'll love you...

  • You’re data savvy with proven experience using Excel/google sheets to create spreadsheets and custom reports.
  • Experience in setting up local payroll software is desirable (DATEV etc).
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, results driven with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You’re analytical, structured and possess strong problem solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR, Payroll and accounting software would be desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An added bonus if you have experience in processing other European payrolls.
  • You are in command of a European language and completely fluent in English. Our desirable native preference for this role would be German.

Some of the reasons you'll love us...
  • We are a friendly, talented, collaborative and entrepreneurial team.
  • We provide a diverse, inclusive and creative environment where everyone's ideas and opinions are equally valued. We support new ideas and experiments.
