Job Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a solid understanding of the embroidery and screen printing industry to join a fast-paced team! In this role, you will handle inbound leads, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with the art team to bring fresh ideas to clients. You will be responsible for converting leads into orders and nurturing long-term customer relationships πŸ“ˆ. Fluency in English and proficiency with CRM tools (Go High Level) are essential for managing communications and workflow efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inbound Leads & Conversion:

    • Organize and manage leads from multiple channels (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, Yelp) 🌐.
    • Enter relevant leads into CRM (Go High Level) and focus on converting them into orders πŸ’Ό.
    • Collaborate with the art team to create mockups and proposals for customers 🎨.
    • Respond to cold email leads and inbound calls to assess customer needs ☎️.
  2. Ongoing Conversions:

    • Nurture relationships with existing customers to convert leads into repeat orders 🀝.
    • Identify short- and long-term customer needs and document them for follow-up πŸ“‹.
  3. Reporting:

    • Provide weekly/monthly reports on lead acquisition, conversion rates, and customer needs πŸ—‚οΈ.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the embroidery and screen printing industry.
  • Proficiency with Go High Level, Microsoft Outlook, Excel/Google Sheets πŸ“Š.
