Client Services Coordinator
Fort Lauderdale, FL (onsite)
Potential to convert to perm

Client is seeking a professional with a strong grasp of commercial real estate tasks to support daily operations, including property signage coordination, broker follow-Client, and crafting marketing materials.

Responsibilities

Communicate and follow up with brokers on property-related matters
Prepare financial vouchers and order signage for properties
Develop and organize tour books, surveys, and email marketing campaigns
Design and edit marketing materials using InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (approximately 50% of work time)

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in a similar role; commercial real estate experience is highly preferred
Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Skills:
- Proficient in InDesign (minimum 2 years) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Photoshop and Illustrator experience preferred
- Excellent communication, creativity, attention to detail, and professional demeanor
