Client Services Coordinator
Fort Lauderdale, FL (onsite)
Potential to convert to perm

Client is seeking a professional with a strong grasp of commercial real estate tasks to support daily operations, including property signage coordination, broker follow-Client, and crafting marketing materials.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and follow up with brokers on property-related matters
  • Prepare financial vouchers and order signage for properties
  • Develop and organize tour books, surveys, and email marketing campaigns
  • Design and edit marketing materials using InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (approximately 50% of work time)

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar role; commercial real estate experience is highly preferred
  • Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in InDesign (minimum 2 years) and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Photoshop and Illustrator experience preferred
    • Excellent communication, creativity, attention to detail, and professional demeanor
