Job description

Enhances the competencies of individual employees by conducting training programs that boost employee’s workplace performance in alliance with company’s core values. Delivers curriculum and learning materials and for manages all phases of training interventions.
You will report to Senior Manager, Talent Development.

Position Compensation Range:

$60,000.00 - $99,000.00

Job Description

Primary Accountabilities
•Facilitate training classes for insurance licensed sales and service trainees.

Develop or oversees the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
• Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
• Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
•Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
• Stays abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Demonstrated experience delivering or overseeing delivery of training through vendors.
• Demonstrated verbal, written and social media communication skills which support culture and strategy.
• Solid knowledge of property & casualty insurance.
• Demonstrated experience delivering curricula for all different learning environments (asynchronous and synchronous).
•Participates as necessary in consultation, development, and delivery of learning solutions.

Must have Property & Casualty Insurance Producer's licenses.

Licenses
• Required to maintain current, active license(s) status by continuing education and meeting all state, operating and regulatory requirements.

Travel Requirements
•Up to 10%.

•Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from our Phoenix, AZ 85034 office.
