Customer Service Associate – Polish language

What will you be doing?

  • Provide support for all customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identifying customer needs
  • Work with other departments to resolve complex customer requests according to their needs and requirements
  • Document and monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Keep up to date on services, policies and processes to ensure implementation and accurate information
