Minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in FinTech, Fundamental understanding of cybersecurity concepts, BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, Experience with Workday as an ATS, Outstanding interviewing and problem-solving skills.

- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for contract and FTE roles
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
- Ensure data integrity in Workday
