Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Engineering Assistant with our client located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 9 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Drive on time delivery of customer generated service orders
Develop and maintain project tracking at a regional level
Alert engineer/construction personnel of upcoming due dates
Utilize various project management tools (MS Project, Smart sheets, Power Apps, etc.)
Project billing (vendor invoicing)
Actual Spend vs Budget Variance
Process open purchase requisitions
Validate accounting Capital vs Expense
Ensure all invoices are processed against the project
Validate the accuracy of Continuous Property Records from as built
Aid in material management through strong partnerships with Supply Chain
Validate material retirement accuracy
Compare project as built prints to engineering design prints
Update build changes in engineering design tool
Provide engineering support with various internal and external systems including: IQGeo, GIS, NDS, Fireworks, Bidmaster, WFMT, FT3, ARMOR, JDS, Sitetracker, Salesforce, MARTENS, Optius-Odin
