NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Clinical Imaging Project Manager (REMOTE)
• Drive projects forward to meet set and sometimes aggressive deadlines and budgets.
• Follow Ascension PMO processes (based on PMI standards).
• Manage project deliverables in ServiceNow (PPM), Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive.
• Develop and maintain project management deliverables including project charters, RACIs, communication plans, test plans, and project schedules.
• Manage project resource plans in ServiceNow.
• Create the project budget and manage project finances.
• Drive project processes through project meetings, minutes, task assignments, setting deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Hold resources accountable for deadlines.
• Identify risks and issues, and drive remediation of risks and resolution of issues.
• Report to portfolio and tower leaders.
• Maintain a close relationship with leadership and stakeholders, providing regular reports, ad hoc reports, and addressing concerns.
• Adapt communication to various levels (resources, leaders, stakeholders).
• Manage subprojects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Typically manage anywhere from one to four projects, depending on the size of the projects.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time.
• Use ServiceNow for project management from start to finish.
• Maintain project artifacts and ensure the project record is updated in ServiceNow.
• Schedule meetings, work sessions, and testing.
Additional Preferences:
• Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of IT project management experience strongly preferred.
• Three years of healthcare experience.
• PMP or equivalent experience preferred.
• Expertise in formal project management processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adjust communication style to the audience.
• Ability to drive projects to deadlines and budgets.
• Experience with Google Office and ServiceNow preferred.
• Experience with projects involving EMR builds and applications attaching to EMRs preferred.
• Experience with implementing or upgrading clinical imaging solutions including Radiology, Cardiology, and PACS required.
• Experience with implementation of PACS and dictation system overlays preferred.
• PM candidates should have radiology and/or cardiology experience in addition to project management experience. Prefer PACS (Merge, Change Healthcare, Intelerad, or Client), Cardiology (Merge, Client, Change Healthcare), or EMR (Meditech, Cerner, Epic).

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is (HOURLY RATE $60 - $70/hr ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
