We're looking for a talented Localization Manager to take ownership of our localisation efforts and make our product accessible, impactful, and culturally relevant across the globe.
Key responsibilities: Lead the localisation strategy for our B2B SaaS platform, ensuring our message is perfectly tailored for every region Manage and optimize translation workflows using industry-leading Translation Management Systems (TMS) like Phrase or Localise Work hands-on with design tools such as Figma to localize product designs Use AI tooling to create synthetic voice, content, imagery to scale production Collaborate with cross-functional teams - product, design, marketing, sales, and engineering - to ensure timely and accurate delivery of localized contentManage multiple localisation projects simultaneously, keeping timelines, budgets, and quality in check Champion our global voice, ensuring consistency and alignment across all languages and channels Work autonomously to manage approvals, always keeping the team informed - clear, effective communication is keyYou have...4-5 years of localisation experience, ideally in a SaaS and B2B environment Fluent English and another language - Spanish is highly preferred Proven experience working with Translation Management Systems (TMS) such as Phrase, Localise, or similar Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma to adapt and review localized visuals Strong project management skills - you’re a pro at juggling multiple deadlines and ensuring nothing falls through the cracksExceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teamsNice if you also have...Product design skills UX skills Content design skillsWhat we’re about
