Job Title: Field and Channel Marketing Manager (USA – East Coast)




Position Overview:


As the Field and Channel Marketing Manager for the North America region, you will lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of impactful marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and pipeline growth. This position requires the successful candidate to be located on the East Coast of the United States to effectively support the regional focus and collaborate closely with stakeholders.


You will report to the Global Head of Demand Generation, based in Europe with key stakeholders across the North America sales function.


You will play a central role in fostering collaboration between Sales, Channel, and cross-functional teams to build and lead a robust field marketing plan consisting of inbound and outbound campaigns aimed at fueling new business pipelines through direct, as well as channel partner engagements.




Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies to generate MQLs and drive pipeline growth across the North American region.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Product to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing initiatives, development of campaign materials and messaging for verticals and customer segments.
  • Create business case/plans for marketing investments such as tradeshows, lunch and learns, webinars and regional digital campaigns.
  • Be the regional partner to digital marketing team on in-country website performance, localization, customer case study coordination and digital campaigns
  • Work directly with our global ecosystem of partners, from OEM’s, to GSIs, to distribution, and regional alliances, to develop and implement channel marketing campaigns and activities that align with the use case and needs of the individual partner.
  • Contribute to, and oversee, all internal and external regional partner marketing content such as; campaign materials, sales enablement collateral, leaflets and monthly newsletter comms.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and sales teams fostering a culture of collaboration and shared goals across departments.
  • Analyze and report on the performance and ROI of marketing activities, leveraging insights to optimize future strategies and investments.
  • Track and advise on lead to revenue KPI’s to make investments that deliver pipeline and revenue.




Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in Field Marketing and events with knowledge of working with Channel partners is essential.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing field marketing strategies that drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Experience working with remote teams across different time zones.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational, administrative and project management skills
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Must already reside on the East Coast of the United States to support regional field and channel marketing efforts.*
