Treasury Analyst 1

WEX Health provides services to various providers of Health Savings Accounts (HSA). In support of those relatoinships, WEX Health provides custody services for HSA bak accounts on behalf of our Partner organizations through the WEX Inc. Non-Bank Custodian (NBC). The role is Operations Analyst for the HSA Custodian Operations accounts team, which provides account opening, and maintenance, custody services, and ensures compliance with the Customer Identification Program (CIP).

Responsibilities Include

• Partner account setup and maintenance

• Partner compliance with account opening responsibilities

• Respond to partner service requests

• Tax reporting

• Escheatment processing

• Respond to consumer inquiries over the phone

• Fulfill responsibilities related to the Consumer Identification Program (CIP)

• Monitor reporting

• Provide feedback on and update procedure documents

• Monitor and notify partners of overdrafts

Required Qualifications

• Experience working within a large organization, preferably within the Financial Services industry (preferably 1 year)

• Some understanding of the Custody Services Business

• Experience of working within a control function or in close partnership with control functions (preferably 1 year)

• Experience of working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Travel requirements: extremely limited

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Pay Range: $51,000.00 - $68,000.00
