Job Description

Brightspeed is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our team! As a Demand Generation Manager, you’ll create go-to-market strategies and tactical plans to bring key initiatives to life. You’ll use a keen understanding of consumer behaviors and purchase funnel stages to create plans that drive Brightspeed’s business across core marketing and sales channels.  

As A Demand Generation Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include:  

  • Design and manage cohesive demand generation plans to support key marketing initiatives, launches, and promotions 
  • Serve as a cross-functional leader, providing strong guidance to teams executing digital media, CRM, ecommerce, local events and sales tactics 
  • Drive strategies across all aspects of the marketing and sales funnel, achieving high quality traffic that converts into sales and revenue 
  • Design reporting requirements and provide continuous guidance on launch decisions and post-launch optimizations across all tactics 
  • Partner with Marketing Strategy team to design and maintain exceptional, repeatable processes 

Qualifications

What It Takes To Catch Our Eye:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field 
  • 7+ years of Demand Gen, Digital Marketing, CRM or relevant experience 
  • An understanding of how to drive down CAC while achieving high growth simultaneously  
  • Expertise in fundamental principles of digital marketing, media and CRM metrics 
  • Strong business acumen and excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Executive presence with the ability to present to and influence senior level audiences 
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities, driving both strategic and tactical activities in parallel 
  • Experience leading and influencing both internal and external teams in an ambiguous environment while maintaining a customer centric philosophy is paramount 
  • A “get stuff done” attitude and work ethic to match 

Bonus Points For: 

  • Master’s Degree 
  • End to end marketing and marketing planning experience 
  • Telecommunications industry experience
