Job Description

As the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Program Lead, you will be crucial in managing our Strategic Portfolio of Programs and Top Five major Global Operation Projects. This role involves overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and enhancement of primary supply chain projects, ensuring they are in line with business objectives and improve operational efficiency. The perfect candidate will possess a solid background in supply chain management, project leadership, and effective cross-functional cooperation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supply chain strategic portfolio of projects that enhance operational efficiency and support organizational objectives.
  • Identify and drive the top 5 key global supply chain programs / projects from conception through implementation and project sustainability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of the strategic portfolio and top projects.
  • Measure and report on key project milestones to ensure deliverable commitments are met and risks mitigated.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and internal partners to optimize supply chain strategic project portfolio performance.
  • Prepare and present reports on program status, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Lead the change management and implementation process to enhance financial & business performance.
  • Coach and mentor others to elevate program management skills.
  • Support VP with other key strategic deliverables and operational initiatives to drive results.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or supply chain with demonstrated program management skills and financial acumen, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience in supply chain management or program leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing complex supply chain projects from inception to completion.

SKILLS:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of driving results and managing cross-functional initiatives to meet goals and objectives.
  • Ability to hold others accountable to deliver on commitments and ensure program and performance risks are identified and properly mitigated.
  • Demonstrated program management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a structured way to meet deliverables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
