Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Restaurant Owners: Connect with restaurant owners both locally and nationally to communicate the advantages of our platform, assisting them in optimizing their operations.
- Generate Business: Proactively develop your own leads while benefiting from our ongoing lead generation initiatives.
- Conduct Calls and Demos: Perform discovery calls to understand potential clients’ needs, followed by web-based demonstrations of our solutions.
- Maintain Activity Metrics: Achieve established activity objectives, including a minimum of 150 cold calls weekly, while utilizing our database for organization and tracking.
Required Skills
- Restaurant Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a full-service restaurant managerial role is required; experience with a national or regional multi-unit chain is advantageous.
- Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of local and regional restaurant landscapes, including current trends and new openings, is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent writing and administrative capabilities are required, and candidates may be requested to submit a writing sample.
- Openness to Change: A readiness to embrace a new career trajectory while utilizing your restaurant industry expertise is critical.

Compensation And Benefits
Our Business Development Associates can anticipate earning between \(80,000 and \)85,000 annually once fully ramped, based on a $50,000 base salary, complemented by uncapped commissions and bonuses.
