Job description

The Title Coordinator will work closely with the Title Officer, focusing on customer service and administrative support within the title industry. This role primarily involves managing title revision requests, ensuring smooth and efficient handling.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate independently with national examiners, workshare partners, and clients to ensure the accuracy and completeness of orders.
  • Review title commitments for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare affidavits and deal-related forms as needed.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline, including key dates, premiums, and file status.
  • Ensure familiarity with national closing documentation requirements, including transfer tax forms and mortgage affidavits.
  • Respond promptly to calls, voicemails, and emails from clients and team members.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in the title industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, TrackerPro, Adobe, and other relevant software.
  • Experience with national real estate transactions is a plus.
