Trusted by security teams all over the world, we have a proven track record of success and a culture that values world-class talent.

Our Wizards from over 13 countries work together to protect the infrastructure of our hundreds of customers, including over 40% of the Fortune 100, who trust us to scan and secure over 230 billion files daily. We’re the leading player in a massive and growing market, but it’s still early enough for you to make a significant impact. At Wiz, you’ll have the freedom to think creatively, dream big, and use your full range of skills to contribute to our record growth. Come join our team and help us create secure cloud environments that allow the best companies to move faster.

SUMMARY

As our Vice President, Global Total Rewards you’ll be responsible for building out the immediate and long term "total rewards" strategy that will attract, motivate, and engage our talent. You will oversee the strategy for benefits and wellness, compensation, HRIS systems, and monthly reporting. We are looking for someone who is collaborative, proactive, curious, analytical, and can lead us forward in our journey.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Actualize our "total rewards" philosophy by building, implementing, and refining rewards programs.
  • Drive the strategic development, design, implementation, communication, maintenance and compliance of all compensation programs - including market pricing, cash compensation components, including executive compensation, equity, long and short-term incentive plans, while leveraging knowledge of the evolving talent landscape to ensure its position to attract, motivate and retain employees.
  • Lead bi-annual pay analysis to ensure internal parity -- design, build and evolve compensation metrics, reporting, and tools to inform compensation program decisions.
  • Develop and maintain job architecture and equity compensation ranges.
  • Lead annual compensation planning processes -- merit, bonus, equity, etc.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse workforce
  • Lead and mentor the Total Rewards team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the execution of benefit annual renewals and enrollment process, involved in all phases of renewal discussions, benefits communication, and change management plans.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our total rewards offerings are competitive and align with industry standards.
  • Plan, develop, and participate in area and industry compensation surveys or special compensation studies -- including market-based pricing to ensure the company’s competitive position within the marketplace.
  • Partner with finance on an annual compensation budget.
  • Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with company leaders and managers to ensure that compensation structure supports strategic objectives.
  • Educate leaders, managers and employees on the company’s "total rewards" compensation philosophies.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • 10+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, & benefits management, with a focus on strategic leadership.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing effective total rewards programs in a complex organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of current trends, best practices, and regulations in compensation and benefits.
