Guidepoint Global, LLC is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team in New York, NY to improve our internal CRM system and create new products to optimize the seamless delivery of our services. This position can be remote in the United States & candidate must be comfortable working EST hours.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Work closely with product management, engineering other stakeholders to define the product strategy, roadmap, and design vision
  • Conduct user research and testing to validate product hypotheses and inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and product features
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intended
  • Work with product management to develop and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to track the success of features and products
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis
  • Mentor junior UX designers and contribute to the growth of the design team

Requires: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in design, human-computer interaction, or related field and 2 years experience in the following technologies:  

  • Utilizing UX/Visual design
  • Designing ecommerce, responsive sites sand mobile applications
  • Conducting conceptual, UX and visual design
  • Utilizing design tools such as Sketch and Adobe Suite
  • Utilizing InVision, Axure, Flinto and Framer JS
  • Developing motion graphics and videos with Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe After Effects

What We Offer: 

The annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
