The Role Summary:
Join the Geneo team as a Business Development Manager, where you'll take charge of our field presence, actively supporting and empowering our esthetic customers (Med-Spas, Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and luxury spas) to grow their businesses with Glo2Facial.
 
Essential Responsibilities:
  • You excel at building strong, lasting relationships. Engaging with customers, providing training, and offering guidance to help them succeed is where you thrive.
  • With a consultative approach to sales, you understand that when you help customers build their business and solve challenges, they naturally grow their partnership with you.
  • Comfortable interacting both virtually and in person, you'll use phone, video calls, and field visits to provide top-tier support, working alongside a high-performing internal team to ensure Glo2Facial is the essential tool for estheticians and business owners.
  • Develop deep, strategic relationships with estheticians and business owners, with a primary focus on helping them create and execute business plans for long-term success.
  • Leverage customers purchasing data to identify needs, showcase opportunities, introduce new products, and provide tailored solutions that solve customer challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, driving growth and ensuring customer success.
  • Provide product training in person, ensuring customers maximize their use of Glo2Facial treatments and keep the service top of mind.
  • Stay well-versed in Geneo’s product offerings to help customers unlock the full potential of their esthetic business.
  • Achieve sales targets for consumables within your assigned accounts. 
  • Strategize with internal partners to identify second equipment sales and upgrades within the assigned territory 
 Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in relationship-based selling, especially with consumable products that require repeat purchases.
  • Experience in the aesthetics industry, particularly in dermatology, plastic surgery, med spas, or luxury spa environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in helping medical practices or spas build successful businesses around products.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Passion for skincare, with a willingness to perform Geneo treatments when needed.
This is a remote position located in the Dallas Area 
Base Salary Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 PLUS uncapped commission
