POSITION OVERVIEW

 

dormakaba is seeking a Solution Consultant for its Workforce Solutions business, one of the top time and data collection solution providers worldwide. The Solution Consultant (presales consultant or sales engineer) plays a crucial role within our workforce management sales process by providing technical expertise and guidance to potential customers, delivering product demonstrations, assisting with customer requests, and documenting customer requirements as required.

 

**This will be a remote role.** **Position can be anywhere in the continental US.**

 

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $90,000 - $110,000 + plus bonus incentive structure (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Showcase our company’s time and data collection platform along with our hardware solutions to prospective customers utilizing Workday, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, and SAP Time Tracking and Labor Solutions
  • Work closely with Account Managers to deliver engaging software demonstrations that communicate the value of our offering to customers
  • Use your expertise to empower customers to fully understand the significant impact our product solutions can have on the customer’s business operations

  

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • 3+ years with ERP, HCM, or Time & Attendance experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Communications, or an applicable field of study, or relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Demonstratable technical background in Cloud, Operating Systems and Networking
  • Proven experience presenting to groups of various sizes in person and remote

 

WHAT WE PREFER

  • System Administrative experience with b-comm application or similar solutions
  • Direct HRIS experience on the vendor or customer end
  • Experience working with technical and functional RFPs and INFOSEC documentation
  • Resides in Central or Mountain time zones
