Stibo Systems seeks a Senior Field Marketing Manager with experience developing and executing marketing campaigns to join our Latin America Field Marketing team.

The Marketing Team

Take this wonderful opportunity to join a fast-moving B2B software company and become a support to our sales team, positioning our company and achieving LATAM business goals and revenue targets.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the broader marketing team, sales, and other departments to attract new leads and actively engage with both prospects and existing customers. Our global Field Marketing team includes over 45 professionals across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.

The team’s goal is to boost Stibo Systems' brand awareness within the region and drive lead generation through highly targeted, integrated marketing campaigns.

The Role & Expectations

As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing demand generation strategies, encompassing digital campaigns, content syndication, virtual and in-person events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns aligned with Global Campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Leverage and refine marketing content to create effective nurture programs targeted to our audience.
  • Coordinate events with third-party vendors and partners, including virtual seminars, fireside chats, and networking events.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, evaluating outcomes against established goals.
  • Implement and oversee ABM tactics for the region in close collaboration with sales teams.

With your territory expertise, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing successful regional marketing campaigns, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and engaging effectively with prospects and customers across different channels.

Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, including 5+ years in a Field Marketing role within the B2B sector
  • Proven experience in SaaS companies, with a solid understanding of the SaaS business model
  • Strong track record of integrated, multi-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills to build rapport with prospects and customers
