Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Compliance Specialist in our Work Ready program, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals facing various challenges in achieving self-sufficiency. Our organization is committed to fostering a positive impact on the lives of nearly 25,000 individuals annually, particularly those encountering physical, developmental, and emotional hurdles, as well as socio-economic adversities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track participant engagement within the Work Ready program, collaborating closely with Clinical Teams to share valuable insights.
  • Generate and review compliance reports to assess weekly participant hours, ensuring alignment with program standards.
  • Compile, review, and submit essential documentation, such as timesheets and employment verification forms, to uphold accurate records.
  • Assist in the monthly reconciliation of participant data, validating the accuracy of activity hours and case notes within relevant databases.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of case notes, offering guidance on clinical interventions and necessary adjustments.
  • Identify service gaps and integration challenges proactively, developing innovative solutions to address these issues.

Required Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with a minimum of three years’ experience in human services or case management.
  • Familiarity with workforce development and EARN program policies is advantageous.
  • Strong case management skills, with the capacity to distill information into clear, actionable formats.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
