We invite a driven and well-organized Recruiting Specialist to join our Recruitment Department at Dev.Pro – a leading IT outsourcing company with expertise across a vast range of tech-driven domains. ✅ Is that you?

• Some hands-on experience in recruitment and candidate research
• Basic familiarity with the IT field, including key technologies and roles
• Participation in HR or recruitment courses/seminars tailored to the needs of the IT sector
• Familiarity with various search/sourcing tools
• Proficiency in Google Docs
• Upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken)
• Keen attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, switch between them quickly, and meet deadlines
• Ambition to grow into a technical recruiter role

Desirable:

• Basic understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process and/or experience in recruiting activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

As a Recruiting Specialist Associate, you'll be a valuable contributor to our recruitment efforts, using your skills to ensure an effective candidate search and communication process.

• Conduct candidate research upon request and organize long lists of candidates
• Contact potential candidates to facilitate the initial stages of recruitment
• Work with the existing candidate database, performing various reporting and documentation tasks
• Assist recruiters in hiring both technical and non-technical specialists
