Key Responsibilities:
- Forge and cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of their needs, delivering tailored solutions that provide a competitive market edge.
- Spearhead the development and execution of targeted sales strategies, aiming to capture revenue growth and enhance market share in Italy.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing comprehensive expertise in saline products and their applications across various sectors.
- Proactively research and analyze market trends and competition to uncover new business opportunities within the saline product sector.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and technical support, to ensure alignment on customer needs and product offerings.
- Identify and capitalize on new business prospects, particularly within industries such as automotive, construction, electronics, and specialty chemicals.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in business development or sales within the chemical industry, with a preference for experience in saline product sales.
- Proficient knowledge of saline chemistry and its application across multiple industries.
- Bilingual fluency in Italian and English, essential for effective client communication and team collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Proven negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a solid client-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel throughout Italy and, as necessary, internationally.
