Job description

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Packaging Intern for 6 months from March to August 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

You will participate to the deployment of the sustainable packaging and eco design group roadmap, under the responsibility of the Sustainable packaging & recycling manager.

Your key missions:

  • You will participate in the definition of the Group roadmap and follow up on the affiliate's action plans to reach the sustainable packaging KPIs of the group (e.g. % of certified cardboards), document, and escalate in case of risk of missing the target. You will analyze the affiliate's data, available every 3 months.
  • You will raise awareness of marketing, procurement, and packaging teams to eco-design and more specifically, to our internal guidelines (Group Packaging Policy).
  • You will support the Life cycle analysis (LCA) creation at the Group level and participate in the group strategy on this topic.
  • You will support and participate in the reporting transformation of the group, in particular with the application of CSRD regulation.

  • You are pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering with ideally a packaging or material specialization.
  • You ideally have a first experience in packaging development.
  • You are curious, rigorous, autonomous, involved, and a specific appetite for sustainability.
  • You have good analysis and synthesis skills, as well as a team spirit.
  • You have an excellent mastery of the Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and database management.
  • You are fluent in English; French is a plus.

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
