Regional Sales Manager – Identity & Access Management (f/m/d)

Your mission

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to (over)achieve yearly revenue targets and maximize market penetration in the assigned territory, focusing on our products in the field of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Identify potential customers, create a robust pipeline, and convert leads into successful deals
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to capitalize on opportunities and address potential threats effectively
  • Proactively drive all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, organizing demos and POVs (proof of value), responding to RFPs, negotiating, and closing process
  • Collaborate with marketing, channel team, product management and other related parties to develop communities, sales campaigns and any other tools required to be successful in the territory


We are looking forward to

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or another related field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Substantial track record in a quota driven sales role selling IAM and / or IT security solutions to medium and large accounts
  • Technical acumen and proficiency with various business productivity sales tools, such as Microsoft Office365 and Salesforce.com
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
