We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team that can contribute for the delivery of high-quality recruitment services for the global business by maintaining and developing close influential relationships with key stakeholders.




The Role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is part of the Global HR Team at Tribal, who provide trusted, and business aligned HR services and solutions which enable Tribal to attract, develop, engage, motivate and retain a diverse workforce of talented people.


We are looking for an individual to be responsible for the delivery of Talent Acquisition services at Tribal, setting standards and enhancing systems and processes that will be used by HR colleagues alike, forming an integral part of the Hire to Retire Employee Lifecycle. You will also manage a caseload of roles, which will see you partner with a range of recruiting managers and leaders across all facets of the organisation hiring across a diverse selection of technical, specialist and business services positions,


You’ll have access to the usual suite of recruiting tools and autonomy as a subject matter expert to further develop and enhance these in the pursuit of continuous performance improvement, The bar is already high, so you’ll need to be adept at developing and deploying effective and appropriate sourcing strategies to hire key talent in niche areas, in a manner that is inclusive and tangibly drives diversity and quality.




What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a motivated, creative and diligent individual who can create and execute Talent


Acquisition strategies which deliver impact. It goes without saying you will have solid "in house” experience recruiting technical and specialist roles. As a self-starter, with excellent problem-solving capabilities, you will be able to make sound decisions independently and be solutions oriented.


You’ll also ideally:

  • Be a natural with data; you will expect to use data for anything from developing talent insights and hiring strategies to measuring performance and results.
  • Have served as a true talent partner, providing insights and expertise to ensure results and contribute to broader talent strategies
  • Have good knowledge and experience of selection methodologies and strategies which drive up quality in talent acquisition.
  • Some experience in supervision or management responsibility, such as operations or budget management and/or people leadership
