We are a quickly growing data driven company where our marketing teams rely on data solutions to inform and drive marketing investment & strategy. By deep diving into data to explore new opportunities, measure outcomes, create large scale marketing experiments and optimize marketing campaigns, the Acquisition Analytics/Performance team is strategic for the growth and future of Glovo.

As a Marketing Business Analyst you will work alongside performance marketers, data engineers & data scientists and you’ll be responsible for the visualization and reporting of our team. You’ll set the data to analyze and create dashboards that will provide very valuable business and marketing insights for all the stakeholders you’ll work with: channels, international and product teams.

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:
  • Provide internal stakeholder support on all data related queries.
  • Be a key part of the Media Solutions team.
  • Design, publish and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualization tools to facilitate reporting and campaign optimization. 
  • Own the source of truth when it comes to app/web attribution.
  • Translate data insights into quantifiable business opportunities.
  • Manage customer requests, which includes verifying data quality, analyzing data, isolating and diagnosing the problem and resolving the issue. (with pragmatic solutions).
  • Conduct exploratory analysis.
  • Assist in designing and analyzing experiments in digital products (A/B testing, dif. in dif. etc.).
YOU HAVE:
  • 1+ years work experience in data analyst, engineering or other technical positions.
  • BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or other disciplines with demonstrated technical exposure.
  • Analytical mindset to deliver effective & pragmatic solutions.
  • SQL skills - familiar with extracts, manipulation, transformation and analyze large volumes of data with accuracy.
  • Experience in Tableau or any other visualization tool is a must.
  • Knowledge on digital marketing.
  • Good communication, visualization & storytelling with data skills to both scientific and business audiences.
  • Attention to detail - you are methodical and thorough in your analyses (problem statement, data discovery to result communication).
  • Fluent English communication skills.
Nice to have
  • Experience with mobile, display ad serving or search marketing is a plus.
  • Experience in the online advertising industry is preferred.
  • Familiar with statistical concepts, especially those related to experiment design and analysis.
  • Experience with web/app attribution and building models.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and MMPs.
  • Understanding of attribution, tagging, deeplinks and CDP platforms.
