Job Title: Account Manager - Entry Level - Remote

Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to commence your professional journey as an Account Manager with a leading global organization renowned for its innovative solutions in manufacturing and finished products. In this role, you will acquire practical experience across the supply chain spectrum while providing outstanding service to customers globally. The position is primarily remote; however, candidates must reside within a 90-minute commute to Suwanee, GA for training and occasional in-office engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions and oversee order fulfillment for designated accounts or products.
  • Process sales orders while maintaining relationships and assisting customers with their purchasing based on forecasts and historical insights.
  • Ensure precise documentation and processing of purchase orders, sales orders, and associated expenses.
  • Adhere to Quality Management System (ISO) protocols to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with customers to ascertain their product requirements, maintain safety stock, and communicate order statuses.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Purchasing team to adjust stock in accordance with customer demand and forecast trends.
  • Support the Sales and Purchasing teams by validating customer specifications, updating pricing, and facilitating operational planning.
  • Source quotes for new materials and participate in master data management concerning customer and product information.
