Job Overview

We are in search of a proactive and dedicated Executive Assistant to deliver high-level support to the VP of Virtual Assistant Services. This pivotal role is designed to allow the VP to concentrate on strategic initiatives that propel our mission forward. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the organization's representative, embodying our core values and culture in all interactions.
  • Act as the VP's liaison to team members, clients, and partners, anticipating their needs and managing correspondence.
  • Participate in growth-related projects, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
  • Organize and facilitate internal team meetings and events, including detailed scheduling and agenda coordination.
  • Oversee a complex calendar, prioritizing appointments to enhance the VP’s efficiency while balancing personal and professional commitments.
  • Coordinate all aspects of executive travel, including transportation, accommodation, and meal arrangements, utilizing preferred travel reward programs.
  • Manage the VP’s email inbox, draft communications, and make informed decisions on their behalf while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ensure accuracy in dashboards and reports, file expense reports, and manage client gifting and note cards.
  • Complete any ad-hoc projects or personal tasks as assigned by the VP.

Qualifications
