We are currently in search of a Bilingual Legal Administrative Assistant to join our growing team at this exciting time of expansion and success. With multiple platform launches and significant venture capital backing, we are poised for an impressive 300% growth in 2024.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with attorneys and case managers to maintain up-to-date contact information and track case progress.
  • Confirm legal representation with patients and promptly update internal records.
  • Organize and maintain files, logs, and medical records to ensure thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Prepare and dispatch invoices in a timely and precise manner.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with patients.
  • Strong command of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Self-driven with the capacity to work independently.
  • Familiarity with electronic health/medical record systems.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical insurance processes.

Qualifications

  • A proactive and resourceful approach with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Prior experience as a legal administrative assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in legal studies or administration are advantageous.
