Working with a cutting-edge CRM system, you’ll manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals. This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact the company’s growth trajectory while honing your sales and customer service skills in the dynamic cleaning industry.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to potential commercial cleaning clients from curated lead lists
  • Craft compelling pitches tailored to each prospect’s unique needs and pain points
  • Schedule and manage appointments with decision-makers in various businesses
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and lead status in the CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with the admin team to ensure seamless information flow between sales and operations
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, directly contributing to the company’s market share growth
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities within existing accounts


Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the service industry or related field
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; Spanish fluency is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate CRM systems and perform accurate data entry
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity
  • Resilient and persistent attitude, with the ability to turn objections into opportunities
  • Familiarity with the cleaning industry or willingness to quickly learn about commercial cleaning services
