Job Description:

We’re looking for a DocuSign Administrator to join our Information Systems - Forms Management Team (DocuSign Squad) at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to manage and maintain the DocuSign platform within the organization. This role involves configuring, supporting, and optimizing the DocuSign environment to ensure it meets the business needs and adheres to compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronic signature processes, document management, and experience with DocuSign’s suite of products.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Create, set up, and configure new DocuSign accounts in collaboration with the vendor.
  • Deliver outstanding support for DocuSign applications and associated services to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and configure DocuSign templates to meet business needs.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of configured DocuSign accounts to the business or requestor.
  • Handle and resolve DocuSign-related issues, working with IT support or the vendor as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply
  • Experience: 
    • Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields are eligible.
    • Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in non-IT fields must have at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Weekly: 3 days On Site, 2 days Work From Home, Fixed Night Shift (8pm to 5am) 
  • Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
    • Basic SQL, HTML Knowledge
    • Sound knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, exposure to Adobe PDF.
