• Strategically plan activities and allocate resources to achieve project objectives.
• Assess project risks and challenges, crafting strategies for mitigation.
• Oversee project deliverables to guarantee alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to guide decision-making processes.
• Track and document requirements and specifications.
• Offer continuous support for current processes and engage in initiatives aimed at ongoing improvement.
