Project - the aim you'll have

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and support our diverse marketing efforts. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re engaged, self-motivated and have a proactive attitude towards challenges that our fast-paced environment may bring. If you’re also well organized and have a creative approach to problem-solving and marketing activities, this opportunity is for you!

Position - how you'll contribute

  • Supporting the development and execution of the company’s marketing plan in various areas
  • Developing and coordinating marketing activities that support sales efforts across different channels
  • Coordinating webinars in cooperation with the Digital Marketing Team
  • Taking part in video podcast creation
  • Developing the company website – coordinating new landing page creation and developing new website functionalities and pages to address and align with the company’s objectives, needs and brand
  • Planning and executing social media communications related to your projects
  • Implementing the social selling program
  • Collaborating with the creative team (designers, content writers) and stakeholders to craft compelling marketing materials
  • Conducting market research and monitoring market trends to implement data-driven marketing activities
  • Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts – what worked, what didn’t and why?
  • Participating in the development of brand-related marketing campaigns and other activities

Qualifications

Expectations - the experience you need

  • Master’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a relevant field of study
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in the tech industry
  • Background in coordinating marketing activities and preparing marketing materials
  • Experience in developing and working on company websites
  • Experience with online events (e.g., webinars)
  • Knowledge about social media platforms and experience in planning and executing social media communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Additional skills - the edge you have

  • Basic UX knowledge and understanding
  • YouTube knowledge will be an asset
