We are seeking a dynamic and creative Talent Brand Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance our talent brand, attract top talent, and foster a strong organizational culture. You will work closely with HR, marketing, and leadership to implement strategic programs that showcase our culture and position WEKA as an employer of choice in Israel.
What You’ll Do:
- Candidate Experience Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance the candidate experience journey from initial engagement through onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience that reflects our company & brand values.
- Talent Brand Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our talent branding efforts. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Meetups and Conferences: Organize and represent the company at relevant industry meetups, conferences, and networking events. Utilize these opportunities to enhance our talent brand visibility, engage with potential candidates, and gather insights on industry trends.
- Content Creation and Social Media Presence: Generate captivating content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, videos, and employee testimonials, to effectively showcase our talent brand story. Implement a robust social media strategy that promotes our talent brand, engages with potential candidates and industry influencers, responds to inquiries, and fosters a community that reflects our brand values.
- External Activation: Manage our presence on platforms such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn, and oversee our careers website, ensuring that external talent has access to accurate and engaging information about our company. Collaborate with awards programs and publications to enhance our brand visibility.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, People, Talent Acquisition and Leadership, to align branding initiatives with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- +5 years of experience in Talent Branding, Talent Acquisition Marketing, or a related role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful talent branding strategies.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools.
- Experience with data analytics to assess branding effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
