In this remote role, you will be integral to enhancing our client’s IT service delivery through the adoption of Agile methodologies across diverse sectors such as web services, engineering, operations, security, and IT services tailored to business lines.

As a Scrum Master, your proficiency in Agile frameworks, coupled with your experience in IT product development and strategic implementation, will empower you to craft and implement a tailored Agile model. You will also utilize your expertise in change management and organizational design to facilitate successful transformations, propelling our clients towards heightened efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate sprint planning sessions, daily standups, story grooming meetings, and retrospectives that foster team collaboration.
• Educate and onboard new Product Owners in Agile principles, frameworks, and essential tools to ensure their success.
• Aid in developing impactful sprint reviews and demonstrations that highlight team achievements.
• Guide the creation of user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners in prioritizing stories and managing the backlog effectively.
• Strive to enhance team velocity and capacity during sprints.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to clients, reinforcing Agile and Scrum best practices.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of experience utilizing Agile frameworks in IT projects and product development.
• Demonstrated capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable roadmaps.
• Strong facilitation skills, particularly in strategic planning and requirements gathering.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
• Capacity to navigate uncertainty and adjust to evolving client demands.
• At least one relevant Agile certification (CSPO or higher, PSPO or higher).
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in effectively presenting and coaching team members and clients.
• Previous involvement in organizational design or change management initiatives is advantageous.
