  • Agile Support: Collaborate with the Agile team throughout the product development cycle, ensuring that requirements are thoroughly understood.
  • Product Owner Support: Aid the Product Owner in backlog prioritization, feature organization, and user acceptance testing.
  • Building Relationships: Foster trust and rapport with both technical and non-technical team members to create a synergistic work environment.

Required Skills

We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic about learning and receptive to innovative ideas. This role emphasizes designing and developing solutions for both new and existing projects. Key skills include:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, especially in capturing software development requirements and managing product backlogs.
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile context, with a solid understanding of the Scrum framework.
  • Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Scrum certification (e.g., CSM or CSPO) is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Business Analysis experience, specializing in software requirements gathering and user story creation.
  • Solid experience in Agile environments, demonstrating familiarity with Scrum principles and the Product Owner role.
