• 지역 내 유지보수 작업, 해당 지역 내 엘리베이터 포트폴리오 관리. 

• 신속하게 점검 대응 후 모든 장애 해결 

• 지속적인 작동을 위해 경미한 수리 수행 

• 현장에서 고객 직접 컨텍. 업무에 있어 좋은 관계 구축.
