Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with clients through on-site visits to present tailored solutions and share best practices.
  • Deliver captivating virtual and in-person product demonstrations, showcasing how our solutions address unique customer challenges.
  • Serve as a liaison between new clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to mitigate project risks, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay informed of emerging technologies and fraud trends, adapting our solutions as necessary.
  • Develop comprehensive product and technical documentation to ensure smooth transitions to project management and implementation teams.

Required Skills

  • Profound understanding of fraud detection methodologies and tools, with a solid grasp of the payment and fraud landscape.
  • Exceptional skills in discovery and requirements gathering to align with client needs.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to foster relationships across all organizational levels, including Finance, Operations, and Project Management.
  • Consultative approach with the flexibility to accommodate diverse use cases and tailor our offerings accordingly.
  • Experience in creating analytical reports that provide valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Familiarity with fraud prevention SaaS solutions is highly advantageous.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
