Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Manager to drive our diverse event initiatives from conception through execution. This pivotal role involves strategic oversight of event planning and management, ensuring the delivery of exceptional brand experiences while collaborating extensively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision, development, and execution of large-scale events, with a focus on enhancing the experience for both internal and external participants. Notable events include our annual User's Conference (300-500 attendees), the Super User Academy (up to 30 attendees, with 4 sessions annually), and numerous marketing events throughout the year.
  • Formulate and manage event budgets, closely monitoring spending, managing discrepancies, and negotiating with vendors to optimize resource allocation.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration during the event planning process.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including setup, coordination of team efforts, accommodation and travel arrangements, and collaboration with vendors to ensure flawless execution.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the annual User's Conference, coordinating with various departments such as Customer Success, Inside Sales, and Marketing, while partnering with an event planning agency on key production elements.
  • Execute the RFP process, assess vendor proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure optimal services aligned with event goals.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive updates, project proposals, and post-event analyses to leadership.
  • Guide the development of event branding, themes, and promotional materials in partnership with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring visual consistency across all event components.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of specialized experience in corporate event planning and project management.

  • PMP or CMP certification is advantageous.
