Key Responsibilities
We are searching for a Migration Consultant to enhance our high-performing team by leading efficient software migrations for our clients. In this pivotal role, you will guide clients through their software transitions, offering expert support and ensuring a seamless handover to our service team.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Implementing project timelines, addressing technical issues, managing escalations, and conducting training on new platforms.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are fulfilled with accuracy and efficiency.
- Bringing enthusiasm for customer service, proficient project management abilities, and a talent for cultivating lasting relationships to foster client satisfaction and operational success.
Required Skills
To excel in this position, candidates must possess:
- Proven experience leading customer-facing projects, specifically software migrations or implementations for small to mid-sized entrepreneurial businesses.
- Strong skills in building business-to-business relationships, with a focus on Customer Success or Sales. Experience working directly with executive leaders is advantageous.
- A background in customer service within a dynamic, professional environment, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR, payroll, benefits, and general business administration.
- Proficiency in PEO or HCM technology, with preference given to experience in PrismHR or iSolved.
- Competency in Excel, Word, and Google Applications.
- The capability to swiftly learn new systems and platforms, along with skills in configuration, training, and support across multiple systems.
Qualifications

Compensation And Benefits
We believe in recognizing and rewarding your contributions. This role offers a competitive salary range of \(70,000 - \)85,000, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
