Job Overview

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Support Case Manager within our esteemed Litigation Support Department. This pivotal role is integral to our team, facilitating the navigation of eDiscovery complexities while ensuring efficient document review and production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for litigation case teams, offering technical support and direction.
  • Provide timely updates and status reports to legal teams as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with attorneys and paralegals to strategize and implement discovery projects.
  • Assist in data collection efforts and leverage Relativity Analytics to optimize document review processes.
  • Develop and sustain comprehensive litigation databases.
  • Organize document productions for various legal proceedings.
  • Support case teams in the preparation of documents for depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Cooperate with vendors and other stakeholders as necessary.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Relativity and Relativity Analytics is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, or similar applications is essential.
  • A commitment to continuous learning as technology advances, combined with a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a litigation environment, including at least 1 year overseeing electronic discovery projects.
  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
