As a Senior Business Systems Consultant specializing in HR Technology, you will collaborate closely with the VP of People Transformation and Operations to enhance our HR technology framework and AI capabilities, ensuring an optimal experience for employees and managers alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic HR technology roadmap to guide our initiatives.
  • Spearhead the integration and utilization of technology and AI advancements within our People and Places team.
  • Enhance the service experience for managers and employees, refining processes and content delivery throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage and maintain the People and Places content strategy, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and accessibility of information.
  • Govern decisions regarding the HR technology stack, focusing on consolidation and user experience in alignment with CIO strategies.
  • Lead client-specific implementation initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration with Operations integration and People Services teams.
  • Showcase the effective use of our technology in delivering streamlined HR support experiences, engaging with customers and prospects.
  • Cultivate a strategic partnership with the CIO organization to align on technology adoption and digital transformation efforts.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in HR technology and AI to adjust our strategies effectively.
