Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and refine LLMs or embedding models to enhance performance.
• Develop and advance tools and frameworks that facilitate model orchestration.
• Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art algorithms focused on optimizing models for latency and efficiency.
• Address intricate Natural Language Processing (NLP) challenges influenced by real-world customer applications.
• Execute hardware-specific optimizations (e.g., GPUs, TPUs, CUDA) to maximize operational efficiency.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience in designing and developing machine learning models with a particular focus on natural language processing.
• Comprehensive understanding of transformer architecture, LLMs, and embedding models.
• Strong command of Python, coupled with experience in ML/NLP libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Proficiency in at least one lower-level programming language (C, C++, Rust).
• Familiarity with CUDA and high-performance computing techniques.
• A self-motivated approach, along with a keen desire to master new skills and technologies.

• A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline is required.
