About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who will take charge of enhancing the buyer-facing experience across our website and mobile applications, specifically designed for high-net-worth individuals. This role requires a keen understanding of luxury branding and sophisticated design, as you will be responsible for ensuring that our product experience reflects the highest standards while effectively driving demand through your expertise in SEO and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employ a customer-centric mindset to inform product strategies that resonate with high-net-worth buyers, enhancing their overall experience and driving purchase decisions.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of a seamless, luxurious buyer journey that meets the highest expectations of our discerning clientele.
  • Optimize site content and architecture through your in-depth knowledge of SEO best practices to boost organic traffic and elevate search engine visibility while maintaining a luxury brand image.
  • Strategically refine product features and site experiences to captivate high-net-worth individuals, ensuring exceptional engagement from discovery to purchase.
  • Analyze customer behavior and conversion metrics, establishing and tracking KPIs that will inform an enhanced product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product design, software development, sales, and marketing—to deliver world-class product solutions, fostering collaboration through data-driven insights.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to oversee the end-to-end buyer experience with a focus on effective SEO and growth strategies, particularly within luxury markets.

Compensation And Benefits

The starting salary for this position is $165,000, with equity options available.
